We continue to build buildings with the idea that each discipline has its own area of expertise. Unfortunately, this doesn’t work for the IoT for facilities when you’re trying to create a unified “User Experience”.

You would never trust the purchasing of your accounting software or the purchasing of your servers and phone system to your HVAC or electrical contractor. Why are you allowing them the responsibility of purchasing all the IoT related systems with your client’s facility?
